“Right to Die” Bill Introduced into Canadian Parliament Last Thursday’s parliamentary “Notice Paper” shows that Bloc Quebecois MP Francine Lalonde has again introduced a private members bill, “An Act to amend the Criminal Code (right to die with dignity).”
